So many kids...

So last week Tues PM we got together with Brad's family to try and take a picture for his parents to use on their Christmas card. They wanted one with them and all the grandkids-a task considering three are 1 and under. We got a few cute ones and a few crazy ones.

Baptism

It's been so long...

So I have been a blogging delinquint-and I apologize. I have been crazy busy with the end of the trimester at school and now I have 3 preps, 1 brand new, 1 I have taught before but it has been a while, and 1 I just taught last tri. Thank goodness for my good friend Sara who floats me plans for History to use! Sara, you rock! Beyond that, Allee was baptised the Sunday after Thanksgiving. She did so good and we are so blessed. We pray God continues to bless us as we raise her. Allee also had pink eye-YUCK! Suprisingly (knock on wood) neither Brad nor I have gotten it. I also did her 7 month pic/Christmas pics. She is getting so big and is so fun! She is getting 2 more teeth (total of 8 now) and is close to crawling. I will post individual event pics soon.

6 month stats

On Thursday we went to the Dr for her 6 month apt (I guess technically 6 1/2 month apt). Anyway, she is 19 lbs 10 oz (95%) and 27 1/2 inches long (90%). She also had to have more of the booster shots plus her flu shot-to ice it all she seems to have aquired a small case of stranger anxiety so she was already crying bc of the nurses. This set has proved to be a little more challenging as she seems much more discontent-let's hope it passes soon since Brad is up north hunting. I'm 6 months old!

Once again I figured Iwould try to take her pictures before paying to have them done. It was a little harder this time bc there is so little natural light this time of the year (especially bc most days we get home as the sun is setting) but I managed to get a few. I ordered them finally today and hopefully they will be here soon. Other than that Allee has been growing like a weed. She actually goes for her 6 month apt this Thursday (yes I know she is closer to 7 than 6 by then but we got off at her 4 month apt bc of the start of school then the Dr had to reschedule). Anyway, she now has her front teeth top and bottom and is getting the top outside 2 and I think maybe even the ones on the outside of those (that would be 8 teeth total!). She is sitting up and playing away now. It is so much fun to watch her grow and discover-we are so blessed! Brad is on a mission to teach her to crawl-it is really cute and we will see. I keep telling him not to rush it bc 1. I will cry (bc she is growing and changing so fast-it makes me sad) and 2. he will have to pick up everything he tends to leave on the floor. I will be sure to post stats later this week.

Allee's new friend

Brad has been antsy to get a cat agian. I have been hesitant bc I then have to watch the pacis and toys more closely. Anyway, last weekend I was won over and Allee now has a new alley buddy-its name is MooMoo (Brad named it so don't bug me about it!) :]
